Pivot Consulting was established in 2004 with the aim of applying best practice change management delivery for our clients. Since that time we have expanded to provide a wider range of services to enable organisations to better execute on their strategic pipeline and build internal change capability. Doug Wolfson, Director
Doug Wolfson is a versatile business professional and a leading change practitioner with over 25 years’ experience working with organisations going through major transformation initiatives. He is an experienced facilitator and is a thought leader in the areas of change leadership and implementation.
Doug has built a strong reputation within the change management community and has become a trusted advisor to many executives. Doug’s strength is to operate at a strategic level and deliver sustainable outcomes, as well as being able to operate at the detailed task level.
He started his career as a community organizer in the Northeast of the United States, where he honed his skills to bring people along on the journey of change. For over twenty years, Doug has lived and consulted in Australia to some of the country’s largest companies and government departments. He has delivered workshops and training in Australia, the United States and Asia. He is an adjunct faculty member at UNSW Business School in Sydney where he teaches change management courses within the MBA Program. In 2005, he co-founded the Change Management Institute which is an international association for change practitioners. In 2021, he co-founded Rethink Change which brings leading thinkers together to share their insights at conferences and webinars.
