Executing a digital program benefiting customers and employees in an environment suffering from change fatigue and competing business priorities
The organisation was faced with implementing a digital strategy that impacted millions of customers and was dependent on upskilling almost ten thousand employees, whilst ensuring alignment with key leadership teams across the organisation.
The challenge was to ensure alignment of key leaders and an approach that would cut through the 'noise' of competing priorities across the organisation and promote the benefits for customers and employees. A comprehensive change and implementation plan was developed in consultation with a highly engaged key stakeholder network. The solution included a coordinated engagement approach with key influencers, a very targeted communications program, a comprehensive training approach, and a supportive transitional structure into the business-as-usual environment.
