About the facilitator
Doug Wolfson
Director, Pivot Consulting and Adjunct Faculty AGSM
The CM Fundamentals Course is facilitated by Doug Wolfson, the Director of Pivot Consulting and an adjunct faculty member at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW). Previously, he led the Westpac change management practice over a two-year period, providing leadership for over 250 change practitioners who delivered initiatives across the annual $1.3bil Westpac project delivery portfolio. He is a recognised leader in the discipline of change management within Australia and one of the cofounders of the Change Management Institute, serving on the CMI board from 2005-2010.
