About the facilitator
Doug Wolfson
Director, Pivot Consulting and Adjunct Faculty AGSM
The Program is facilitated by Doug Wolfson, the Director of Pivot Consulting and an adjunct faculty member at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW). Doug has been teaching change management to MBA students and corporate clients since 2009. Doug has delivered short courses for organisations including the ABC, ANZ, Department of Community Services, Qantas, Westpac, and others. He is a recognised leader in the discipline of change management within Australia and one of the cofounders of the Change Management Institute, serving on the board from 2005-2010. The ACT Program is based on extensive practical experience gained from over twenty-five years' of managing complex change programs and from research on the latest thinking regarding leadership and managing change.

- - Future sessions can be continued by the peer coaching group independently
